Here at TR and S Properties we look after our tenants and make their life as easy and hassle free as possible.
You can choose to pay your rent weekly or monthly
If you pay weekly we require
1 months rent deposit plus 1 weeks rent up front
If you pay monthly we require
1 months rent deposit plus 1 months rent up front
Your rent is due on the same day each month and must be paid by standing order

No matter how well your property is looked after things can sometimes go wrong. It's up to us to make sure they are put right as quickly and as painlessly as possible. We would much rather you report your problem through our online reporting system so not only do we have a record of your request but, so we can reply to you directly and let you know what we are going to do about it.

Emergency Repairs
Required to avoid danger to life or serious damage to the property.
Gas leaks
Floods
Serious Water Leaks
Property not secure
Repaired within 24hrs of notice given
PRIORITY 2
Urgent Repairs
Repairs which effect the comfort or convenience of the tenant.
No heating or hot water
No shower (when this is the only means of bathing)
Blocked toilet
Serious electrical fault
Repaired within 72hrs of notice given

PRIORITY 3
Non-Urgent Repairs
Repairs which can wait a short time before being attended.
Small general plumbing repairs
Roof leaks
Blocked drains
General woodwork
Repaired within 10 days of notice given
PRIORITY 4
General upkeep
Repairs which are not time sensitive.
Joinery
Plumbing
Building
Repaired as part of general maintenance
